Cancellation
Policy
Please note that refunds are not allowed but substitutes are
permitted if they fit the selection criteria.
Under special circumstances and subject to prior written approval
of the UNSSC Director or Deputy Director, UNSSC may consider the
request for cancellation and provide refunds in accordance with the
following conditions:
- if you cancel more than two (2) weeks before the cohort, a
cancellation penalty of 50% of the tuition fee will be applied;
- if you cancel less than two (2) weeks before the cohort, a
cancellation penalty of 75% of the tuition fee will be applied.
If UNSSC has to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances,
respective agencies will be offered the option to nominate
participants to the next cohort, or will receive a 100% refund of
the course fee (if fees are paid in advance). |
